Sorry, but all I know is that you're meant to join some japanese Pokemon fan club on the internet, type in your id somewhere on the site after you have done that, then type the name you will be given into your game (talk to Walda's father). Sorry, but I cannot tell you the website address - I'm still looking for it myself, as I have lost the url.
If you have found out how to make her laugh yourself, already, please post it here so that others can find out too. I might be able to check myself. Good luck in finding out what to do!

You have to go to http://www.pokemon.jp/portal/index.cfm and type in your id number I think but it's in japenese.

Yeah you have to be part of a fan club but theone I found is in japanese so I don't know where to click i'm going to try to put my ID number to make WALDA laugh if anybody found information please post it here so we can get the special box papers.
PS you get some special box papers if you make her laugh
