You have to walk up to the stone. Now press A and it will move. You need to get to the stone in the shortest amount of steps possible. When doing this don't use your bike, you might mess up, just run!

Approach the triangle and press a
Press left five times and down one press a
Right five then up five press a
Right five then down five press a
Up three then left seven press a
Right five press a
Left three then down two press a
Down one left four press a
Left four down one press a
Up four press a
Battle and catch Deoxys

P.S. Master ball is VERY helpful
