You are to go back to the place where you get a ride to mt. Chimney. You are to (and I think they are there) spy on 2 magma trainers then go to jagged pass. You should use the acro bike because it get's you there faster. Find an open cave in 1 area and you will be in magma hideout. Keep walkin (or running) around until you find maxie. You will have to battle him. He will then awaken groudon head back to sootopolis steven is there he will tell you about wallace (juan is the new gym leader) find wallace in cave of origin and he will tell you about rayquaza saying that it can only stop the legendary crisis. He will ask you if you know where rayquaza is. Pick the sky pillar head there it is to the right of pacifidlog you need surf and the mach bike to get there make sure you have repels so that you have less time to find rayquaza in one floor you will find cracks. There are 4 of them. Time for the mach bike!!! Make sure you ride at full speed and stop on any of the 2 cracks in the middle. You will fall down finish through the rest of the place to find raquaza at the top. DO NOT fall in any other cracks until you awaken him. Get back to sootopolis and the crisis is still there there is a short movie of rayquaza flyin to sootopolis and makes a loud screech (it's the sound he always makes) and groudon and kyogre flee. You cannot find them again before defeating the elite four except for rayquaza the gym should be open after that. If you want to catch rayquaza right away go back to the sky pillar pack tons of ultre balls. The cruddiest thing though is that there are way more cracks than before, not just the floor you must fall down a crack, but starting at the second floor of the pillar. What a ripoff. Also you must awaken kyogre to do this.

If you have'nt already, go to the space center and during the way you will see team magma going in there too. You must fight the grunts and then team up with steven to beat tabitha and maxie. Then go all the way at the bottom of route 127 and then go west to route 128. Dive there and find a small cave where the stolen submarine is. Go back to the surface and you will be in seafloor cavern. Beat everyone including the leader, archie. When you finish, she will release kyogre. The weather goes bad and maxie will come and take you outside.You have to surf south of mossdeep and go to route 127 and then west to 126. Dive at a big spot there and search for a cave place. When you find it, use dive to go to sootopolis city. You will see an action scene of groudon and kyogre fighting each other. Talk to Steven and he'll take you to the cave of origin. Go in there and you will find Wallace. Tell him Rayquaza is in the sky pillar. Surf east, south and then west to pacifidlog town. Go a little east and north to the sky pillar. You make your way to the top and rayquaza wakes up and flys away. Go back to sootopolis and you will see the fighting again, but this time, rayquaza comes and separates them. The weather is normal again. Then go to the middle island, which has the gym, and talk to the leaders. Then talk to wallace.
