With that Magma Emblem it lets you into Team Magma's Hideout. So go back to their Hideout and it will let you in.

Go to the Jagged Pass. As you walk down, a tremor will occur and a large rock will gouge out, leaving a hole.

Go to Jagged Pass and you'll see what happens. (I actually think it's kinda cool)

After you beat Aqua on Mt. Pyre and get the Magma Emblem, you first go to Mt.Chimney, then go down the Jagged Pass. Some where in the middle, there will be a rumbling and a cave entrance will open. Go in there and fight Maxie at the end of the cave.
