Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi I want to know if after getting all the badges, can I get the three legandery Pokemon before having to go through victory road and finish the game??
Please help I want them all,

If by the three ledgendary Pokemon you mean Regice, Registeel and Regirock, then yes.

Hi look I am new here but I know the answer for your question.
No you cannot catch them because you need the finish the elite four the catch them.
For groudon & kyogre you need to go to the wheater institute and go to the 2e floor
And talk to a man ( I don't know wich one) and he will tell you about wheather changes on a route you need the go there and heve a lot ultra balls
And for rayquaza you need to get the mach bike and then you'll need the go to sky pillar ( in route 30,31) and go al the way up and catch him.

Yes you can if you need help on getting them you can go to the user submitted cheats. There's a few submission's there about how to get them.

You can get Rayquaza before the eighth gym but you can't get Kyogre or Groudon until after you have beaten the Elite Four.
