Where are all the tickets in emerald ( including the old sea map and excluding the S.S.ticket ) and could you give exact detail in where to get them

They are ditributed at a Nintendo Event such as Pokemon Rocks America and so on you can't get the game otherwise other than using Game Shark or AR Codes. Stuff about going to Outer Space and getting Jirachi and Deoxys is apocryphal.

You get them via gameshark or nintendo event and *ONLY* the old sea map is used to get Mew,

I only know how to get the ss ticket. After you beat the elite four you get it from Norman inside your house.

I'm not exactly sure but I think it's obtained by either a gameshark code or a nntendo event (good luck, there hasn't been one since last year).

The tickets are not in emerald. You have to go to an special nintendo event to get them or you can buy a gameshark or a action replay like I did.
