Hey guys i'm stuck...
I want to know what records should I mix to find the other lati?
Should I mix records in Battle Tower or anywhere that I need to use cheating devices?????
Answer because I need for Sapphire and then for emerald.......

As far as I know you need the EON ticket from Nintendo to get the other one, or do what I did.
Get Emerald and one of the other(s) play the Emerald until you beat the elite 4 then after that when the mom ask you "what color was it" answer (red or blue). Find it, catch it, trade it to the other game(s), Then restart the Emerald game and choose the color you didn't get.

You could just have 2 games with lati and chose red on one and blue on the other then trade
