Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have unlocked the chambers to get the Regi's but I am stuck on what to do when I am trying to open the chamber to get to Registeel and have a chance to catch it.

The inscription reads. "Those who inherit our will, shine in the middle". So, you do just that. Go to the center of the room and use Flash, and the door will open.
