If you make your Golbat happy enough, it will eventually evolve into it's super-fast Crobat form. You can check how happy it is by talking to the lady that lives next door to Wanda in Vendaturf. You can make any Pokemon happy by using it excessively in battle, healing it quickly when it gets hurt, and using lots of stat-enhancing items like Protien on it - also, certain berries make Pokemon friendly, but they lower base stats, so use them only in a pinch.

You need to train it with friendship. Continue training it till your friendship with it has grown to it's highest level then it will evole!

Feed it a lot of those berries that raise the friendliness then level it up
