How do you get milotic?

Max out Feebas' beauty condition and raise it one level.

Catch a Feebas and raise it's Beauty stat (for contests) until it's as high as it can go, then raise it a few levels, you should get Milotic. You would be better off asking Cross Stinger. Hope I helped.

I think you get it by evolving Feebas by giving it Pokeblocks to raise it's beauty level. That is how it's done in Sapphire and Ruby versions anyway.

You have to max out a Feebas's beatuy condition with Pokeblocks.

To get milotic you have to catch a feebas and max out it's beauty condition.The easiest way to this is wait for the blend master and make pokeblocks with him.After that,give feebas any dry pokeblocks.Check and see if the line point is touching the corner.If it is get feebas one level up and it should evolve.I know a few of milotic's moves.

You have to catch a feebas in one of the six possible spots (I think they change depending on something but the spots are all in route 119 and it's easier to cach after you've seen a wild one), make it's beauty it's highest by feeding it dry pokeblocks then making it grow a level.

To get a Milotic you have to change the saying in dewford town and then you go to Fortree city and go down from the pokemon center and that house that has all the wingulls in it you go left from there and you'll find water use a Goodrod but there are only six febases there and by the way febas evolve into milotic when it has high beauty so give it alot of beauty Pokeblocks.

Give lots of Dry Pokeblocks to a Feebas (any level), level it up and you should get a Milotic. If not, make sure that the Feebas has a high Beauty rating.
