Question for Pokemon Emerald
1. How can you use the tickets to go to the different islands
2. When I went to the island where latias was all the rock said was something about never forget what are you supposed to do? Plz help

1.Nintendo Event or AR only. If you get them on AR they don't work, just use teleportation codes.
2.Same thing happened to me, so no idea sorry. =\

You should be able to access the islands from the ferry(from Lilycove or Slateport) if you have the tickets, but as long as you're going to use cheats, why not use the warp codes-they just put you on the island, poof! There's ones that work in the AR section. But the ferry would be the only way I know of besides that. That's how you get off the islands...
I think in order for Latios/Latias to be on the island, you have to catch the first one, then the other one should be there on the island with the rock with the message.
