How do you catch Rayquaza...?

Go to sky tower with the mach bike, the sky tower is on Route 131.
PS. You have to beat the Elite Four first.

You can catch Rayquaza at the Sky Pillar. You need the Mach Bike to get to the top.

Go to Pacifidlog then surf right until you get to the edge of Route 130 then surf up and follow the path to get Rayquaza. You also need the Mach bike and tons of Ultra, Great balls or 1 Master ball.

You catch him at the Sky Pillar after you've let him calm Groudon and Kyogre. You'll need the Mach Bike to get to the top level where he is.

Ok, first of all you have to awaken Rayquaza after Groudon and Kyogre start to fight in Sootopolis. He is in Sky Pillar at the very top, and you will need a Match bike to get past the cracks in the floor. Sky pillar is in Route 131, close to Pacificlog town. The first time you find him he flies away to Sootopolis, so follow him there and you will see him break up the fight between the legenderies then fly away again. Now you can go back to Sky Pillar and try to catch him. The easiest way to catch him of course is with the Master Ball, but if like me you wanted to save it for something like Latias, then heres another stratagy. You have to get a Shedinja. If you don't already know, you can get a shedinja by training a Nincada until it evolves at level 20, and if you have a spare spot in your party and a spare pokeball then Shedinja will appear.
With your shedinja and it's specail ability Wonder Guard, Rayquaza can't hit you while you throw pokeballs at it. Make sure you weaken it with another Pokemon first though, as shedinja isn't very strong. When it files up high, quickly change Pokemon so it doesn't kill you. After a long time of this use a Timer Ball and you should catch it. (Note: This is time consuming and might not be that convenient for everyone, but it's how I got my Rayquaza when all of my strongest Pokemon were level 38 and I got past the Pokemon League on my first try).

To catch Rayquaza you need a few things.You need hm03, mach bike and ALOT of ultra balls and timer balls. If you've been to the skypillar already, go back but this time it's a little harder. After you get to the top,you'll see Rayquaza.

You can catch Rayquaza after you talk to wally and release it. Then go to Sootopolis city and watch it stop the fight after that go back to where you released it with a mach bike and climb the pillar thing. Use ultra balls and other balls to try and catch it unless you want to use the master ball. I came really close, however, to catching it with a pokeball it rolled back and forth 3 times but didn't catch it!

You can catch it at the sky pillar (east of pacifidlog) after it comes and stops kyogre and groudon fighting in sootopolis city. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BEAT THE Pokemon LEAGUE!!! You have to ride a mach bike because of cracks in the floor, and unless you are EXTREMELY skilled at maneuvering, it will probably take you a few times to get through. I would recommend using the master ball (obtained in aqua base east of lilycove) to catch it, because it has the lowest catch rate of any Pokemon in the game, and if you don't use the master ball, it will probably take you upwards of 50 ultra balls to catch.
