Well I'll give your team a 50.However you should raise them a little more.
Gardevoir-good but raise it somemore.
Kingdra-Teach it Ice beam in place of blizzard and replace rain dance with surf.
Blaziken-you really destroyed his moves.Teach it blaze kick, areial ace,and double kick in place of sunny day, fire blast, and earthquake or sky uppercut(your choice).
Magneton-raise it to at least lv.60.
Breloom-good but get rid of sky uppercut and stun spore with brick break and giga drain.
The Elite Four is pretty easy, your team should work. You just need fighting for Sidney, Flame works good for the ghost guy after her, Blaziken should take care of both of these. The Magneton should be able to take care of the ice lady, but you might want to switch to blaziken to take out her glalies. You might want to teach Kingdra Ice Beam for Drake, the dragon master. The champs Pokemon are water-based, so Magneton should also be able to take care of these easily. Pack in a few hyper potions and revives and you should be ready to beat the Elite Four!
