A Nintendo event is an event that Nintendo holds (obviously). People go there to find out when the next cool games are coming out nad get cool things done to their games (like put the Old Sea Chart in your PC). The only way to put in cheat codes is to buy an Action Replay or Game Shark. AR and Game Shark can mess up you game though.
