You get souldew from catching latios/latias, it will be holding it

Souldew isn't a Pokemon.

You get it from latios and latias it's a held item.

You have to have a Eon Ticket on you to travel to Southern Island by boat; to get this ticket you have to mix records with a friend who already has it, or go to some Nintendo Event, when you get to the island enter the entrance cave and find a wild level 50 Lotios/Latias depending upon with one you choose earlier, capture it and then it will be holding Soul Dew.
