Question for Pokemon Emerald

Ok I'm having a problem catching Latias. I read that I should keep flying to Pacifidlog town. Does he actually land in the town or on both routes next to the town?

Ok surf in the route next to the city and go to another route.keep going back and fourth.eventully you will come accross him.use and ULTRA ball(save your masterball!!!)and right when you press the button (A) to throw the ball hold the button until the ball opens to catch him then hold B )still keep holding A!

This works a lot of the time.if it dosent make sure one of your Pokemon know somthing like arena trap(most trapinch know this move)then try it again if it still dosent work do this:when you throw the ball DO NOT HOLD A!!! Insted let go of A then hold B THEN when the ball opens hold both A and B.

No.Latios or Latias will not appear in Pacifidlog town or the routes beside the town.You have to search for Latios or Latias in grass.They won't appear in caves or houses.If you go in a house or route they will change thier location.I reccomend you buy lots of Max Repels.Then use a Max Repel.Then if you get in a wild Pokemon battle it should be Latios or Latias.

Not in towns, just routes.

Look Latias appears anywhere in the grass or using surf throughout the whole map!
It has appeared 3 times in my game.
Just keep looking!!!
To catch her you have to use a master ball or use mean look or block.
Make sure you have a lot of ultra balls and timer balls!!!
