To get to Faraway Island to catch Mew, I just used an AR code (82cbd483 - 7b9d8e0b). And to get to Outer Space, you have to play the game for 100 weeks (about 2 years) without restarting. If you talk to the man on F1 in the space center, (the man looking out the window) he says "that is successful launch number ??" each week there is a new number, and when he says "that is successful launch number 100" you get Deoxys. Or you can just find a AR code for deoxys, I have one for Saphire Version, but it is pretty long.
