Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hi...when Groudon and Kyogre are fighting, where are they? Are they in Sootopolis or just anywhere in the sea? I've seen pictures of them but I can't make out where they are.

Yes they are at Sootoplis. To make them stop, go to the Sky Pillar and awake Rayquaza.

Kyogre and Groudon are in Sootopolis city. Make sure after this go to the cave of origin and talk to Wallace and tell him you saw Rayquaza at Sky Pillar. Meet him there East of Pacifidlog up the maze of rocks in the water and wake Rayquaza to stop the fight between land and water(Kyogre and Groudon)

Once you unlocked raquazas tower wake him and go to sootpools after that if you have the master ball go back and catch rayquaza first that helps you with the gym and elite four
