Question for Pokemon Emerald
1) I beat team magma then, I went to Lilycove city and I can't get into the team aqua hidout.
2) I went to Slateport and the Captain never took the submarine
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

If by "then" you mean in Mt. Pyre, then you must go back to the Jagged Pass with the Magma Emblem. There, you will find the entrance to the Magma Hideout. After, you finish from there go to Slateport and team Aqua will then steal the sub.
