Where do you catch rayquaza and how do you go through the sky tower the second time because I am having trouble with the falling floor tiles

Rayquaza I believe is at the top! Um you have to ride on a fast bike without stopping.

I used the masterball to catch him and won the lillycove lotto to get anotherone. You need a mach bike to run through them without falling.
