Question for Pokemon Emerald
I have two questions.1.Can you get Kanto and Johto starters in Emerald? 2.When will Emerald come out in Europe because I have it as American version GBA rom and it won't run on Visual Boy Advance emulator?Is that because I live in Europe or there is another reason?Please answer! Thanks.

1You can only get johto starters when you have 200 Pokemon in your pokedex(excluding celebi and deoxys)

I have no idea for you second question, but as for your first one, yes you can. Well, at least the Johto ones. Once your Pokedex is at 200 Pokemon, the Professor will reward with one of three pokemon. You can select either Cyndaquil, Totodile, or Chikorita. The Kanto starters will have to be traded form either Fire Red of Leaf Green versions unless you have a CHEATING device.
