Question for Pokemon Emerald
Hello, Can someone help me? I have four Questions to ask:
1.Can Sceptile learn Solarbeam. If so, what is the level?
2. Where do you catch Latios?(I did pick blue as the color of the TV so then what)
3. Can somebody show me how to do the whole Regi thing?
4. I go into the Desert and the fossils are nowhere to be found, so where are they and is there a way to get them both?

1-- Sceptile learn solarbeam but you need to teach it by TM...
2-- For Latios go to Fortree city or in east of Mauville City and look for for 5 minutes or more... Get a Pokemon with Area Trap or Shadow Tag and he can't flee...I always have caught them with Premier Balls.
3-- First go to Pacifidlog town go west until you reach a dive spot.Use dive there and go to the braille and there will say something use dive behind that braille and you will be in sealed chamber... Go to the wall and there will be another braille.Use DIG behind the wall and a room will be opened... Go into the room (you need to have Groudon/Kyogre, Laios/Latias, Relicanth last in the party and Wailord first... Go all the way up press A button to the braille and there would be an earthquake and say that -somewhere far were opened some doors...
To catch Regirock go to the desert enter the opened door go to the wall, press A button behind the wall go two steps left and two down and use ROCK SMASH the door will be opened and Regirock is there...
To catch Registeel go to the place near the scorched slab (i don't know in which route) and enter the opened door, go in the middle of the room and use FLASH the door will open and Registeel is there...
For Regice I know that he is in west of Petalburg City,but I don't know what to do inside...
4-- For first fossil go and talk to the Fossil Maniac and then to the desert... There will be Mirage Tower, go inside the tower -have machbike- get to the last floor and select one.For the other one beat the Elite Four go to the fossils maniac house and there would be a tunnel opened... The fossil maniac tell to you something but don't get back...get in the cave and go only east east east and the other fossil will be there.... Good luck.

1. I'm sorry but I don't know as soon as I find out I shall post it up on this page.
2. Just play the game as you would normally/ use my tactic. Keep flying to pacifidlogand looking on your pokedex then once found (have a flygon that has arena trap ) and use loads of ultra balls when his health is on red use about 20 ulra balls then use 5 pokeballs. One of those pokeballs shod catch it.
3. Look under the user submitted cheats.
4.enter the dessert at the south there should be a tower enter there with a mach bike and like sky pillar work your way to the top. Pick either one because after the Pokemon league go to the fossil maniacs house right to the back and the other fossil is there so don't be fussy with your first choice. Happy gaming dfhwizzkidd

2.You find Latios as a random encounter in grass anywhere,or on water.
3.To the left of Pacifidlog there is a patch of water where you dive in.
In there you will find a place with dot marks,dive out in front of it to get to the
Sealed chamber,go to the end of it and dig there so a door opens on the next
Door you will need a Relicanth and Wailmer.You can then find the Regis.
LOCATIONS:Route 105-Regice Desert-Regirock Route 120-Registeel
4.Go to a tower of sand in the desert and climb up with Mach Bike to get
One fossil,the other one sinks.After Elite 4 go to the fossil maniac's house
And there will be an extra cave in the back of the fossil maniac,in the cave
There are Dittos,Whismurs and the fossil you didn't choose.Fossil maniac
Is on route 114 by Fallarbor town.
