Question for Pokemon Emerald
Can someone please tell where you can get a masterball? Because I keep on finding Latias but normal balls don't work!!!!!!!!!!

The MASTER BALL is found in the TEAM AQUA HIDOUT (located east of LILYCOVE CITY, on ROUTE 124), you need to follow a sort of a maze, and then defeat, catch, or run away from a level 30 ELECTRODE, and then another one to get a NUGGET.(see a walkthrough for details).
But seeing as you've managed to encouter LATIAS, I'd say you've beat the ELITE 4, right? And as I recall beating them means you've finished off TEAM AQUA(and their hidout), right?
If the hidout is still there, then run down there and get your prize!
If not, tough luck.
But I hear that if you go to LILYCOVE DEPARTMENT STORE there is a lottery, if you win a number of times you might win a MASTER BALL! (or not).

There are two places.
1) Team aquas hideout near lillycove
2) This one is harder you have to go to lilycove, go inside the department store and when you enter you'll see two identical girls behind the counter talk to the right one and she'll draw a lotto ticket if it matches one of your pokemon's id number you win a masterball.
P.S. you can only draw a ticket once per every day

In Team Aqua's Hideout in Lilycove City, if you see four items on the floor right next to each other, either the top-left or the bottom-left I'm not sure, but one of them is a Masterball. You can also get a Masterball if your ID No. Matches the ticket in the Lilycove City Mart.

You might have missed the easiest chance:
In team aquas base there are 4 pokeballs the ones on the right are 2 electrode so come down and take the bottom left one which is a nugget and then go up and the top left one is the master ball.
If you have done the Pokemon leaugue then you have got to pray to the lottery that your id no comes up. here are a few cheats on how to catch her.
me and my mum spent 32 days trying to catch this guy but the easiest way is to keep flying to pacifidlog town and then look on your pokedex and if she isnt there fly to the same place and look again. Once you have found her it would be best to have a flygon the that had arena trap to catch a trapinch woth arena trap is when you find it try and run if you can't it is because arena trap so catch it. Once you find her hit her a powerful that shall not kill her. Then put her to sleep next time you find her and then as I always do.( this tactic has cought every legendary even latios/as) buy 30 ultra balls and thirty poke balls then throw loads of ultraballs then throw 5 poke balls it shall be cought if it is weak enough and had enough ultra balls thrown at it with one of them 5 pokeballs. I do reccomened using flygon. I hope I helped
