Ledyba is in the highland part of the new Safari Zone section.

AFTER you beat the Elite 4, there will be 2 new areas opened in the Safari Zone. There are 4 sections in the beginning, the last 2 are to the right of the old ones, and Ledyba will be in the Northern (top) one, and it's rarity is "some".
