Question for Pokemon Emerald
How can we catch the ho-oh and Lugia in emerald if you know pls reply to tell me and can anyone tell me how to get the chikorita,cynaquil,totodile when we have defeated the elite 4

For Ho-oh & Lugia, you need to get the Mystic Ticket from a Nintendo Event or use a code for a cheat device to get to Navel Rock.(Warp codes work nicely)
Once you get all 200 Hoenn pokes except Jirachi & Deoxys, you can go to Prof Birch and he'll give you one of the Jhoto starters!
