Does anyone know a Pokemon that has VERY good sp. Attack AND IS ALLOWED IN BATTLE FRONTIER?

Well,latios,latias and the regis.even thought they are legendaries, they may enter the battle frontier, I think.

Well, if you beat Fire Red or Leaf Green and help Celio get the Ruby and Sapphire(you can still trade to emerald) you could trade a Kadabra and then it would evolve into a Alakazam and learn the best psycic move called psycic. Or you could trade a Haunter and it would evolve into a Gengar which will learn a very strong move called Dream Eater on level 31(first you have to do Hypnosis).If you don't have a link cable(or you just don't like using it thats fine)you could use a Blaziken if you started out with a torchic.
You could also use a Gardevoir. Its SA and SD are very high. You could catch a Bagon in Metior(spelling?)Falls and level it up to 30 and evolve it to a Shellgon and then level it up to 50 to get a Salamence and you could put it in a level 50 contest.

I was able to use Latias, Rigice, Regirock, and Registeel in the Battle Pike. You'll need to train them though.

The best advice I have is wait until lilycove has a sale, buy as many zinc's and get a x defense and get you're strongest non rare Pokemon and enter it in a frontier place.

Salamence
This Pokemon has a great sp.atk it's only flaws are it's def and sp. Def they are avg.
Salamence's hp/spd are above avg.
and his atk. And sp. Atk are his highest stats
Check his nature to see if it has a weak nature I recommend a Salamence with a mild/modest/ or a rash nature for the best rseults

Pokemon with good special attack and are allowed in Battle Fontier are:
-Lotios(BIG special attacker with Soul Dew on it)
-Latias(Once again BIG special attacker with Soul Dew on it)
-Kingdra
-Salamance
-Gorebyss
-Xatu
-Milotic
-Starmie
-Alakazam
-Sceptile
-Blaziken
Well those are some of the best Pokemon in the game with good special attack.

This may seem odd, but a Pikachu with a Light Ball will have a doubled Special Attack! If you have the right nature, it could be pretty high maybe...
Alakazam would be a good choice.blaziken, gardevoir, magneton, cacturne, salamence are all "normal"(non-rare/legendary) and all rate very high in Special Attack, too.
