Question for Pokemon Emerald
Ok, on the hoenn region in emerald how can you catch Pokemon from the kanto and johto region WITHOUT useing cheats? And that old sea chart and old sea map how can you get those WITHOUT cheating? Please help.

Well about the old sea map iuno, but to get Pokemon from the kanto and Johto regions you need to first beat the Pokemon league(preferably with only your own Pokemon b/c if you do it without ONLY Pokemon from your trainers ID Number you wont be able to go to the battle frontier)but then after you do talk w/ professor Birch and ull get a national Dex. And you can also go to the safari zone afterwards and you can find spiffy johto ones there

Well you can always trade from FireRed and LeafGreen to Emerald and get them that way.
I am not sure about the old sea Chart.
