Does anyone have any hints to where I might first see Latias? When the show said Bzzt I picked Red.

Just use max repels and walk in grass basically anywhere and she will appear,this may take a while.

First go to a spot with wild Pokemon and save. Look for a wild Pokemon. If it's latias save again in another area with wild Pokemon. If not, soft reset the game (a, b, start, select) and try again. Every time you reset the game latias changes it's location. Keep doing this and you will eventually find Latias.

Don't fly it will scare it away.Try to look in your Pokedex if you saw it once. Look the place to Fortree.

If you go to the weather istitude the dude upstairs will saysomething about the weather eg there has been reports of heavy rainfall on route 125 go to that route and search for latias eventuolly if you havent found her the weather clears up then go back to weather place and talk to dude again

Just walk in any grass using Max repel. If you have gfound her then just keep moving in and out of routes while checking your pokedex as she "warps" to different places on the map everytime you fly or change routes. Soon you'll find her
