To get the regies catch relicanth and wailord then go to pacifalog town go to the south west part of the city use surf (make sure you bring a Pokemon with dig)stay at the bottem of the currents you will eventually get to a spot to dive once your under water find the brail then go up.
Go to the big wall of brail ignore the little brail mountains.use dig on the wall it will open a chamber go inside then go to the wall.put wailord first in your party and relicanth last press a on the wall you will hear 3 doors open.
Okay now Regice is located north of dewford once you get to his chamber go to the brail wall then run a lap around the chamber(you have to say right next to the wall).
Next it's Rigirock you will find him in the desert area go to the wall of brail then go left left down down rocksmash you will unlock his chamber.
Registeel go to the route where it's raining between lillycove and fortree once you go in the chamber use flash in the center then cath the Regi. Now that you have caught the Regies kick some butt!

You can catch the Regi,s by opening the sealed chamber. To open the chamber you need to go to route 134. On route 134 find a small place to dive. When underwater use dive only at the wall that shows some kind of dots. You emerge in a new cave. Head north use dig on the last dots on the wall.Then you will need to catch a wailord and a relicanth.put wailord in the first position and relicanth at the last position.
Come to this chamber read the last dots and the ground will shake and three caves will open in hoenn. Regice is near dewford island in island cave. Surf north of dewford. Once you enter the cave, you will need to run a lap round the room,s perimeter to open the door to catch Regice. Regirock is in desert ruins, you will find this cave in the desert north of Mauville city.when enter this cave read the dots sign then walk left two spaces down two more and then activate rocksmash, the door will open and Regirock will be waiting for you.
Registeel is west of lilycove city in a cave called ancient tomb. When your in the cave use flash in the very middle of the cave. The door will open, then you can catch Registeel. This a lot of work to do.

First get a wailprd and Relicanth, then you need to fly to the pacifiglog city or whatever that is called and surf to the west into the currents. After a few tries, you will find a diving spot. Use dive and move around until you find a small cavern, go inside use dive again and run to the noth end, read the weird writing, use dig, and a room will open, run to th end of the second room, and put wailord as the first in your party and relicanth as the last, tounch the stone at the north end again, and you can now catch the regis.
Regice is north of dewford, registeel is west of lilicove and regirock is in the south of the desert.
