I know you can evolve Eevee into Vaporeon, Jolteon, and flareon.
I want to know if Can it can also evolve into Espeon and Umbreon in Emerald?

In fact... You can... If your clock says PM, you evolve into Umby, and if it says AM, it evolves to Espy

Yes, because you set a clock. If it is... I think 6 am to 6pm, it will be Espeon, if it is 6pm to 6 am, it'll be an Umbreon.

Yes all you have to do is trade an Eevee from Fire Red or Leaf Green and be nice to it during the morning for Espeon and at night for Umbreon.
