If you've battled with a seedot, look it up in your pokedex.
It should be in the begining somewhere.........

Seedot is not catchable in Emerald unless you do a trade in the game[I forgot where it's at though]

You can get a seedot on route 102. It is very rare so you will have a hard time seeing it.
Just run in the grass over and over again untill you see it.
You have to be patient because it caught one. Good Luck!
