Question for Pokemon Emerald
For some reason I can't seem to find a way to mauviille city due to all my ways being block by something or someone and all the things I need to get to get passed them are in mauville city

If you have two Gym Badges and have followed the story-line correctly, you should have access to Mauville City. If you go north of Slateport City on Route 110, you'll soon get to Mauville City. Don't forget to defeat Team Aqua / Team Magma in the cities you have been to. If you do all of this, you should be able to get into Mauville City.
