Question for Pokemon Emerald

Capturing Latios
---------------------------------

1. What are Latios' moves when you capture it?
2. Where is a good place to find Latios
3. Besides a Golbat with mean look and a Wobbuffet with mirror coat and counter (both of which I have), what are good Pokemon to use against it? My strong Pokemon are: Aggron lv.48, Rayquaza lv.72, Blaziken lv.54, Kyogre lv.70, Groudon lv.70, Spheal lv.30, and Mightyena lv.33.

1. Protect, Refresh, Luster Purge, and Psychic.
2. Latios tends to move all throughout the Region, so there really isn't a specific place you can catch him.
I caught him by running back and forth between Mauville City and Route 110, occasionally entering a building in Mauville to try and flush him out. They're are many different strategies for finding him, however.
3. I suggest either a Wobbuffet with Shadow Tag or a Trapinch with Arena Trap. Either way, make sure they are Level 40 (same as Latios). This will enable you to use Max repel when trying to flush him out, making it a lot easier.

Hope I helped
Good luck
