The only Stones that you can obtain in the game are:
Everstone -(Keeps Pokemon from Evolving).
may be found in Granite Cave.
Fire Stone (Makes Growlithe, Vulpix, and Eevee evolve) may be found in Fiery Path.
Water Stone (Makes Shellder, Eevee, Staryu, Poliwhirl, and Lombre evolve) may be found in Abandoned Ship.
Thunder Stone (Makes Pikachu and Eevee evolve) may be found in New Mauville.
Leaf Stone (Makes Nuzleaf, Weepinbell, Gloom, and Exeggcute evolve) may be found on Route 119
Moon Stone (Makes Skitty, Clefairy, Nidorina, Nidorino, and Jigglypuff evolve) may be found in Meteor Falls.
Sun Stone (Makes Sunkern and Gloom evolve) may be found in Mossdeep City.
Hard Stone - (Hold item that powers up Rock-Type moves) may be found in the Trick Master's house during your third challenge.
If you are asking how to deposit a stone into your Pc , simply walk up to the pc and press A.
Go to "(Your Name)'s PC", "Item Storage" and then "Deposit Item". Then, simply select the stone from your bag and deposit it.
