I just glanced over a type chart, and I don't believe there is anything that's super effective against an electric type. Maybe it would be easier if you listed the name of the Pokemon you were trying to beat?

Rock, ground, and grass type are not efected by electrical attacks ( grass a little bit )naroto2323 answered:
Ground type is super effective against electric type. So if you are looking for a ground type Pokemon I recommend a Golem because of his high defence. Or you can get a Pokemon that knows ground moves like earthquake.
