Unforunately there's no possible way to recover a save file that's been deleted. Sorry. :/

Frozen Wasteland answered:

You can't, and itll keep doing this UNLESS you replace the "Save File" chip in the gsme itself, which will hard to find due tolack of working ones and since theyre not made anymore.

You can fix it with a cotton wool bud! It may not work but it has worked before:
1. Get a cotton wool bud and twist the end a bit so you end up with a flat end of cotton.
2. Take the game cartridge out of the GBA/DS.
3. Poke the cotton wool bud into the cartridge and gently scrape the data chips on the way back up. (VERY GENTLY)
This is because you are just wiping away the dust that is causing that save file to be deleted, due to the signal, connection being lost between the cartridge and the GBA/DS.
DO NOT BLOW ON THE CARTRIDGE OR THE GBA/DS!!! EVER!!
Blowing on the cartridge is actually really bad for the cartridge, though people do it because it means you can play in the sort term. The reason people do it, is because of the water vapour in our breath connects and complete the signal/circuit, allowing the game to be played.
If it doesn't work the first time, just keep trying ;)

-Hope this helped, I have been all over the internet searching for the answer and this is all I have come across so far! Smile
