Question for Pokemon Emerald
SO every time I put a Pokemon code into the action replay
Ex the charmander code
Then walk into the grassy areas the wild charmander doesn't appear
Is there a specific way the code should be put in? Activation buttons?

See, I've run into this problem as well. Your codes might be faulty [as I later discovered mine were] or you can try to find other ones. If you're running on a VBA, or own a Gameshark, GameShark's official website has the entire spectrum of Wild Pokemon Modifier codes which work 100%.
