It really depends on the code, but the code should include a variable in the code, like FFFFFFFFFFXXXX. Those four X's [not being a normal hexadecimal value] should have a correspondent value--say, 0001 for Pound or whatever. The page with the code you have should have a list of them, or you can Google it. Anyway, it's all dependent on the type of modifier [there are in-battle, temporary, permanent, etc. Types] and the trigger [press are during an attack, hold L entering/exiting a building, etc.]. It's all about replacement in the codes.
