You may not be able to. Bad Eggs are terrible things to deal with.

You will not get it back. You apparently tried to hack the game with cheat codes. That's really the only thing that could turn it into a bad egg. Bad eggs don't hatch - They only take up space in your party as punishment for hacking. If you force it to hack, it will ruin your game. Find some code to get rid of it. That's your best bet.

,try to move the egg randomized on the box 14 and your egg should be gone
