Question for Pokemon Emerald
Is possible to get eevee ? Or if I use a wrong ball on a Pokemon and I catched it I can get my ball back from taht Pokemon ? Thx

Yes, it is possible to get Eevee. You're not going to find it in the wild, but you can get it via trade. As for the Pokeball question, no. Once a Pokeball is used, it can never be recycled.
