You were able to get Mew through an event item, but thats over with. So, you can get it only by a trade or using an Action Replay or Gamshark. You Cannot catch Mewtwo in the game at all. Latios and Latias are in the game, but you can only get one of them. After you beat the elite four, you'll wake up in your house. After going downstairs your mom will call you over to the tv. After watching the program your mom will ask you what color the Pokemon was. If you say Blue, Latios will appear in the wild if you say Red you'll see Latias in the wild.

You can get mewtwo through an event, but Mew you can't, with latios and Latias you can get both in Emerald Version.

You cannot get mewtwo unless you trade or use a game shark. As for Mew, you need an event, which was over a long time ago. You could've caught it on Faraway Island.
