I suggest these are the Pokemons you will need for the Battle Frontier. All of these Pokemons are Lv. 100:
1. Swampert
Attacks: Ice Beam, Earthquake, Surf and Hyper Beam
Item: Focus Band
2. Latios
Attacks: Thunder, Psychic, Solarbeam and Fly
Item: Soul Dew
3. Latias
Attacks: Dragon Claw, Psychic, Hyper Beam and Thunder
Item: Scope Lens
