How can I send my Pokemon in VBA Pokemon Emerald to Pokemon Pearl

You can't. Currently there is no way to link a GBA to a DS that is emulated. The only possible link up at this moment is GBA to GBA (both emulated).

You will have to trade them to an actual GBA Pokemon game (cartridge) and then transfer them to Pearl.
