I suggest these are the Pokemon you will need to beat the Elite Four:
1. Swampert Lv. 65
Attacks: Surf, Earthquake, Ice Beam and Hyper beam
2. Salamence Lv. 60
Attacks: Aerial Ace, Dragon Claw, Dragonbreath an Hyper beam
3. Manectric Lv. 62
Attacks: Thunder, Thunderbolt, Shock Wave and Quick Attack
4. Ludicolo Lv. 61
Attacks: Giga Drain, Solarbeam, Waterfall and Nature Power
5. Machamp Lv. 60
Attacks: Focus Punch, Strength, Vital Throw and Dynamic Punch
6. Flygon Lv. 61
Attacks: Dragon Claw, Hyper Beam, Solarbeam and Earthquake
Things you'll need so that you will know what you'll need:
25 Max Potions, 15 Full Restores, 15 Revival Herb and many Berries
