I would say a 7 to be honest. You should take your Blaziken or Charizard out and switch it with a Rayquaza because you don't need 2 of the same type.I also would change the Tyranitar to a Kyogre to mix the types of Pokemon you have to have the advantages.

The problem with the Battle Frontier is this: The levels of the Pokemon the trainers will use will be equal in level to your highest level Pokemon. Your Blaziken and Aerodactyl are Lv. 100, which means any trainer you encounter/battle will ALSO have Lv. 100 Pokemon...every last one of them. So your Lv. 70 and 80 Pokemon won't stand a chance, and get blasted every time. Make sure that your teams are equal in Lv, so as not to get one-shotted by higher level Pokemon. Also, make sure to have a variety of Pokemon. The biggest mistake any trainer can make is getting comfortable with one type of Pokemon, or having favorites. While having favorites is okay, if your entire team consists of Fire-type Pokemon, any decent Electic, Water, or Rock Pokemon will wipe the floor with you every single time. Also, you cannot use multiple Pokemon of the same species in the Battle Frontier (ex: Two Pikachu's is a no-no.) You also cannot have any of the Pokemon on your team roster having the same items as one another, and that includes Berries. So, if you were to equip your Blaziken and Aerodactyl with two Oran Berries, you could not enter or conduct battles at the Frontier until you changed that. Also, the following Pokemon are banned from participating in any and all battles in the Frontier:

Rayquaza

Kyogre

Groudon

Mew

Ho-Oh

Lugia

Deoxys

Also, any Eggs you may have cannot be in your team roster while any battles may take place. Latios, Latias, and the 3 Regi's (Regirock, Regice, and Registeel) CAN participate in battles, but using them is up to you.

Hope this helps.
