Which is the easiest way to find Latios (I allready put blue after the Elite 4)?

When finding latios don't use fly or go into a house,poke mart, and a poke center.When I found mine I usually saw it in areas with level 13-30 pokemon.walk around and sooner or later youll find him.

Look every in place you can think of but if found mine in 2 mins

Using sweet scent increases the rate of finding Latios.
(If you fly anywhere, it will change it's location, but you can find it's current location on your pokedex.)
