I don't know where is the deepseascale to evovle Clamperl to Gorebyss in Pokemon Emerald. Where is it?

You trade for it with captian stern.

Go to to the Abandon Ship with Dive and Surf and look for a room with water to dive then use dive and there will be 6 roms you will have to find the key for each room in the rooms. When you open the last door you will find a scanner then leave and Fly or surf if you want to Slateport city and talk to Captian Stern he will want to trade the scanner for a Deepsea Tooth or Deepseascale.
