What do I do to finish my pokedex do I catch them all or do I see em all

To complete your pokedex you need to catch them all and then you can go back to profecer berc or wahats his name and then you can pick and Pokemon gold/silver/crestel I hope that I help plz rate me good

Technically, only catching all two hundred and two of the Hoenn Pokemon counts. Just having seen the lot of them isn't enough, and it won't be enough.
