My first question is on the trick masters house where the note is can you break throo that if you can how and my 2nd question is action replay and game shark which is cheapest and which is better and where can I get them oh ya and it is for a ds action replay or game shark for a ds where how cheap how good

You first have to find the trick master. When you walk into the building you will see a little flash. Go press A by it. Then after you talk to him you will be able to go through the door.
I would go with an AR. They are about $10-$15 and can be found at large retail stores. I know for a fact that Wal-Mart carries them.

If you are talking about the note he leaves after you have completed his challanges then there is no way to break through
I would also go with the action replay
