Question for Pokemon Emerald
Okay so I am playing Pokemon emerald and I hope to complete the national dex how do I get the necessary Pokemon to complete the national dex is through trading or is it only possible through cheating?
Comment:(Dec 23 2008) do you trade from fire red or leaf green for the non hoenn pokemon?

It's through both trading and cheating but if you want to cheat (which you probably do no offense) the best thing to do is buy action replay ( ar) hope this helps.

Yes. You can complete the National Dex without cheating but it is very difficult. To get the Johto Pokemon you will have to trade from FR/LG or go to the extra Sfari Zone Area. But if you are going to cheat then use an AR. They are available at Wal-Mart and other large store chains.
